Manchester led by as much as 23 points in the third quarter after Eva Karasaite drained a triple with four minutes remaining. All that was left to do was to see the game out professionally and efficiently.
They did that with the help of Georgia Anderson, who made her return to the team after recently penning a new deal. Anderson hit a three in the fourth to emphatically reintroduce herself to Manchester Basketball.
The win concluded the Trophy Group phase for Manchester, who now turn their attention to Super League Basketball Championship action. Manchester will host Caledonia Gladiators to start their SLB Championship campaign on Sunday, 2 Nov at NBPC.
