For those who have difficulties with their mobility, we have seats on the front row of Stand B which can be accessed without the need to climb a large number of stairs. Yes, Student Concession tickets are available to anyone in full-time education with a valid student ID. You may be asked to present your student ID when entering the arena, so please ensure you bring it with you on gameday.
Yes, Senior Concession tickets are available to supporters aged 65 and over. You may be asked to provide proof of age when entering the arena, so please bring valid identification with you on gameday.
Yes, We operate a 'Babes in Arms' policy, meaning babies and infants who do not require their own seat can attend free of charge when accompanied by a paying adult. Your baby must remain on your lap throughout the game and must not occupy a separate seat. If you would prefer your child to have their own seat, a Child ticket must be purchased. Please note that basketball games can be loud and lively, so we recommend considering appropriate hearing protection for young children and babies.

The club will be in touch ahead of the 2026-27 season and will require your car registration. On game day, you’ll have access to a private car park located at the front of the National Basketball Performance Centre (through entrance D).
Once you've completed your purchase, you'll receive a confirmation email along with your official digital season ticket(s) from our ticketing partner, Fanbase. Simply add your ticket to your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, and you're all set for the season. We'll see you at the arena!
