Smith Jr & Hottinger win monthly awards

The clubs' Hennessey Player of the Month awards for September have been awarded to American duo Pjay Smith and Frannie Hottinger.

Pjay won two CultureBox Player of the Game awards in the month, including a 34 pt career high in Surrey and his European debut win over Keila in the ENBL. Pjay leads the league in points per game (24), 5.5 assists per game, and is also high in the 2pt/3pt percentages having made 9 threes already.

Frannie won the CultureBox Player of the Game against Caledonia Gladiators and is averaging 19 pts and 8.5 rebounds a game in the Betty Codona Trophy. Hottinger also leads the league from the free throw line with 16 free throws made.
