Manchester Basketball's Matt Pitkin has been named as the Great Britain U18 Head Coach as the side compete in FIBA U18 Eurobasket in Romania later this summer.
"It’s a huge honour to represent my country and I would like to thank Manchester Basketball for their continued support," reflected Matt.
"I’m very motivated to start working with this group of players; with the aim of building and developing a team who can impose our strengths and a ‘GB game style’ in the U18 Eurobasket tournament."
"I’m looking forward to leading and sharing my experiences with this next generation; giving them the best opportunity to be successful this summer, but also in their future basketball careers."
