Manchester Basketball have signed guard Janelle Brown to the 2026-27 roster.

Janelle comes to bolster the MCR roster as a first year guard after a stellar college career at Fairfield University where she averaged highs of 13.8 ppg and 2.5 spg in the 2023-24 season, that same season she was named MAAC Player of the Year, MAAC Championship MVP, All-MAAC First Team, and All-Met First Team and 3X MAAC Player of the Week.

Janelle commented on signing with Manchester “Super excited for this new opportunity! It’s not how you start but it’s how you finish, and this next chapter of my journey will definitely be one of my favorites! I thank everyone who’s helped me along the way, and I can’t wait to make some noise in England!”

Brown's time with Fairfield ended with, 1187 points claiming 454 of those points in the 23/24 season and 498 rebounds with 179 of those coming in the 22/23 season when the guard averaged a team high of 6.2 boards.
