Despite a strong second half showing Manchester fall to defeat against Leicester Riders.

Marcus Delpeche impressed for Manchester recording 20 points and 9 rebounds. Nathan Cayo also put up 20 points for Manchester continuing his good form this year.

For Leicester Riders it was Zach Jackson that starred. He recorded 20 points 5 rebounds and 4 assists.

Leicester Riders started the game the better of the two sides. The first quarter ended with Leicester Riders having a 29-16 lead.

Leicester Riders were able to continue their good momentum in the second quarter. They went into halftime with a 56-36 lead.

Manchester improved their efforts in the third quarter and was able to reduce the deficit by four points. The third quarter ended with Leicester Riders having a lead of 75-59.

Despite Manchester’s ability to stick with Leicester Riders in the second half, Leicester came out the game as victors. The game ended 99-86 in Leicester Riders’ favour.

Manchester are back in action on Sunday December 1 at the National Basketball Performance Centre as they take on Sheffield Sharks.
