Game Report London Lions 88-90 Manchester

Manchester win tight affair in London as they overcome London Lions in the fourth quarter.

Nathan Cayo starred for Manchester as he scored 23 points 6 rebounds and 3 assists in the game.

Makai Ashton-Langford also impressed for Manchester as he scored 17 points 5 rebounds and 5 assists.

For London Lions Aaryn Rai impressed as he scored 21 points 4 assists and 5 steals.

Manchester started the game on the front foot as they took a four point lead at the end of the first quarter. Manchester led 27-23 as the quarter ended.

Manchester continued to have the momentum in the second quarter as they further extended their lead to nine points over London Lions. They led 54-45 as the teams headed into halftime.

London Lions fought back in the third quarter and got themselves a lead of four points. They score sat at 70-66 to London Lions at the end of the third quarter.

Despite London Lions having most of the momentum in the third quarter, Manchester fought back and overcame the deficit to lead once again as they outscored London Lions by six points in the quarter. They ended the game as 90-88 victors.

Manchester are back in action on Friday April 11 as they head north to face Newcastle Eagles.
