Manchester Basketball beat Swiss League Champions Fribourg Olympic to finish third in the Landolt Cup, 76-69.
Kaiyem Cleary was named as Player of the Game scoring 23pts, closely followed by Max Jones who shot 21pts. Tim Adetukasi was named the MVP by the Landolt Cup who had a +/- of 22.
The game started with MCR leading the way, Cleary doing damage early with two highlight dunks, at the end of the first Manchester led 25-19.
Fribourg came back in the second quarter and by the end of the third were ahead 59-61.
Manchester had drawn level midway through the final quarter - and as the game hit its crunch time MCR managed to push out ahead thanks to the defence and scoring from Cleary and Jones.
GB U18s captain Demi Babalola made his debut in the game - coming on in the second quarter. Judson Martindale won the Landolt Cup 3pt contest to cap off a fantastic few days in Yverdon-les-bains.
