Manchester win big on the road despite tight affair in the first three quarters.

Danni Williams was player of the game as she recorded a double-double scoring 18 points 17 rebounds and 7 assists.

Anastasia Warren also impressed as she recorded 25 points and 9 assists.

For Durham Shanique Lucas impressed as she recorded 29 points 4 rebounds and 4 assists.

Durham started the game with the momentum as they ended the first quarter with a 12 point lead. The quarter ended Durham leading 28-16.

Manchester fought back hard in the second quarter as they headed into halftime leading by three points overcoming the 12 point deficit coming into the quarter. The teams headed into halftime with Manchester leading 42-39.

It was a tight affair in the third quarter and Manchester were just able to come out of it with a one point lead. Manchester lead 59-58 at the end of the quarter.

Manchester dominated in the final quarter as they out scored Durham by 18 points in the quarter as they ended the game as 90-71 victors.

Manchester are back in action on Saturday April 19 as they face Oakland Wolves at the National Basketball Performance Centre.
