Marcus Delpeche has signed for Manchester Basketball ahead of the 2024-25 season.
Marcus Delpeche’s addition is set to strengthen the Manchester roster and add depth to their front court. Having been born in Wilmington, the 6’7” forward holds a British passport and will be a familiar face to British Super League fans.
After three seasons in South Yorkshire at Sheffield Sharks, Marcus travels across the Pennines to Manchester. He had previously been at Bristol Flyers in the then BBL.
“Manchester is such a great organisation and I’m really looking forward to the opportunity to play for the team this year,” commented Marcus.
“I can’t wait to bring my energy and excitement to every game.”
Marcus’ signature also adds a little more spice to the home opener with his brother Malcolm lining up for the Eagles, reigniting the fondly named Delpeche Derby.
