Manchester Basketball are delighted to announce the signing of Davida Dale to the 2024-25 roster.
The Rhode Island born point guard played last season at Sydney Comets in Australia where she posted an impressive 18 pts average over 18 games.
Davida has a stellar resume having averaged 17 points per game the previous season for Mackay Meteorettes. Dale dominated the statistics columns adding 5.6 assists per game, 7.7 rebounds per game and led the nation in steals, averaging 4.7 steals per game.
“I am so excited and grateful for this opportunity to be joining the Manchester family,” commented Davida.
“I’m Looking forward to meeting my teammates, coaching staff and competing for a championship.”
Before taking her talent overseas, Davida was a standout at the NCAA powerhouses, Syracuse and the University of Rhode Island. Throughout her senior year with the Rams, she averaged an impressive 12.5 points per game, 7.8 rebounds per game and 4.8 assists per game, earning All-Atlantic 10 Team honours.
Dale will be in action for Manchester Basketball in their first home game of the season versus Nottingham on 12 October at 2pm Platt Lane.
