Manchester Basketball are thrilled to announce the signing of CEBL Champion and former G-League player Nathan Cayo.
Cayo, 26, was a key player for Niagara River Lions this past summer averaging 12.8 points as they went on to win the Championship alongside former league player Kimbal Mackenzie and London Lions' Aaryn Rai.
The 6’7” forward is no stranger to the CEBL having played for Montreal Alliance the previous two seasons.
After a stellar five year college career at Richmond Spiders, Cayo turned professional when he joined Enea Astoria Bydgoszcz in Poland’s top league. Last season Cayo played in the G-League for Memphis Hustle and Ontario Clippers.
“My family and I are so blessed and excited to join Manchester, and get to work,” commented Cayo.
“I can’t wait to be a part of something new, and special, and win some games in front of an amazing fanbase! See you all soon!”
Manchester Basketball fans will see Nathan in action in their first home game of the season against Newcastle Eagles on Sunday 29 September at 3pm. All normal tickets for the Eagles home opener are priced at £10.
